Basic Operator Training
Operator training for industrial vehicles is crucial to maintaining a safe work environment. OSHA regulation 29CFR1910.178 requires that all operators receive formal and practical training and undergo evaluation before operating a powered industrial truck. Certifications must be renewed every three years or under certain special circumstances such as a near miss or observed unsafe behavior.
Berry Material Handling offers comprehensive on-site courses that ensure that all formal classroom training, written exams, practical exams, and operator evaluations are completed per OSHA requirements.
