What the Training Includes

Our forklift and pallet jack certification program is structured to help you safely operate your equipment. Each session typically lasts around two hours and includes:

  • Classroom-style presentation using OSHA-aligned PowerPoint materials
  • Interactive discussion on safety standards and best practices
  • Written quiz to confirm understanding of core concepts
  • Hands-on evaluation using your company’s forklift(s)
  • Driving skills checklist completed by our certified trainer

We provide training on all makes and sizes of forklifts, including Class 1 through Class 7. If you have a Hyster, Yale, Toyota, Crown, Nissan, or Caterpillar machine in your fleet (or even a lift truck by another brand), we deliver operator training that’s tailored to your equipment.

Train-the-Trainer Option

Want to handle certifications in-house? We offer a Train-the-Trainer program where our instructor trains two to three of your employees to continue training staff internally. This is a great solution for large or growing teams.
